Aluminum Coil Cleaning Line
Why pre-clean metal?
Aluminum coil or galvanized steel strip is cleaned with hot water and treated with chemicals in order to form an ideal surface for coating with PE or PVDF. Another purpose for pre-cleaning metal is to enhance the anti-corrosion features of metal as well as strengthen the bonding between metal sheet and coating layer.
